By Resolution dated January 2, 2013 Bartow County Commissioner Steve Taylor has established each Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. as the official public meeting schedule to address official business of the County.
Commissioner Taylor will hold a special called public meeting
on Wednesday, June 19, 2013

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act,

72 hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting.
Bartow County hereby gives public notice that it is the policy
of the County to assure full compliance with
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration
Act of 1987, and related statues and regulations in all programs and
activities of County departments that receive Federal aid funding.
It is County policy that no person in the United States of America
shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age or
disability be excluded from the participation in, be denied the
benefits of or be otherwise subjected to discrimination
under any County programs or activities.
Any person who believes they have been subjected to unlawful
discriminatory practice un Title VI has a right to file a formal
complaint. Any such complaint must be filed in writing or in
person with the Bartow County Title VI Coordinator within
one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the
alleged discriminatory action. Title VI Discrimination
Complaint Forms may be obtained from the County
Commissioner's Office at 770-387-5030 or in person from
the County Commissioner's Office at 135 W. Cherokee Avenue,
Suite 251, Carterville, Georgia.
