Bartow County Public Defender's Office

Thank you for choosing the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council to represent you.  This office can only represent defendants in criminal matters in Bartow/Gordon County Superior Court and delinquent matters in Bartow County Juvenile Court.  This office does not handle cases in Cherokee County.  This office does not have the authority to handle Divorce cases, Child Support cases or cases pending in Municipal/Probate Court cases. 

Our office is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Applications are accepted Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
