The Bartow County Water Department utilizes Radio-Read Water Meters manufactured by Badger Meter, Incorporated® headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to monitor and record our water system customers monthly water consumption. Please select the Water Meter picture to activate a 1:00 minute video which demonstrates how these radio-read meters measure your water consumption.
