Based on 2006 Census estimates, Bartow County’s population stands at 94,669. From April 2000 to July 2005, the county’s population increased 17.4 percent from 76, 019 (2000 Census). In the 1990s, Bartow County conducted a Growth Management Plan that predicts the county’s population will reach 123,000 by 2010 and 200,000 by 2030. *
