Use this form to report a stormwater problem, such as: illegal dumping; suspicious discharge; muddy runoff; clogged drainage structures; flooding; and/or structure repairs.  You may also speak with our Code Enforcement Personnel at 770-387-5067 or email stormwater@bartowga.org. All reported problems will be addressed during the hours of: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday Through Friday.  Please call 911 to report immediate emergencies.
