Comments:

Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION, GO TO THE INTERSECTION OF SR 113 (ROCKMART HIGHWAY) AND GORDON McCORMICK ROAD IN BARTOW COUNTY.  TURN ONTO GORDON McCORMICK ROAD AND CONTINUE SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 0.8 MILE TO THE MONUMENT ON THE RIGHT.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
