Comments:

Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION, GO TO THE INTERSECTION OF I-75 NB AND SR 20. THEN CONTINUE WEST ON SR 20 APPROXIMATELY 2.2 MILES TO THE INTERSECTION OF US 411. TURN LEFT (SOUTH) ON US 411 AND CONTINUE SOUTH LESS THAN 0.2 MILE TO THE MONUMENT ON THE LEFT. THE  MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE CLOVERLEAF JUST NORTH AND EAST OF THE US 41 OVERPASS.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
