Comments:

Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.   TO REACH THE STATION, GO TO THE INTERSECTION OF US 41 AND GRIFFIN ROAD. THEN CONTINUE WEST ON GRIFFIN ROAD LESS THAN 0.2 MILE TO THE INTERSECTION OF SHROPSHIRE ROAD ON THE RIGHT. THE MONUMENT IS NORTH AND WEST OF THE INTERSECTION.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.  >
