Comments:

Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION I-75 NB AND SR 113, GO WEST ON SR 113 1.44 MILES TO THE STATION LOCATED ON THE RIGHT/NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO MAIN STREET PLAZA IN THE GRASS.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
