Comments:

Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION, GO TO THE INTERSECTION OF US 41 AND OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY, GO SOUTH ON  OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY APPROX. 0.12 MILE TO THE STATION LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE GRASS BETWEEN OLD DIXIE  HIGHWAY AND US 41 SOUTH BOUND.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
