Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION, GO TO THE INTERSECTION OF US 41 AND SR 140 (ADAIRSVILLE HWY) TO THE  STATION LOCATED IN THE GRASS MEDIAN SOUTH OF SR 140.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
