Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.  TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF US 41 AND GRIFFIN ROAD NW, TURN ON TO GRIFFIN ROAD THEN MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT GOING SOUTH ON AN ACCESS ROAD FOR 0.08 MILE TO THE STATION ON THE LEFT IN THE GRASS.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
