Effective August 1, 2018, the Bartow County Water Department will launch our new ServLine® Program that will provide RESIDENTIAL WATER CUSTOMERS with Water Service Leak Protection and/or Water Service Line Protection. These ServLine® Programs will replace our current Water Leak Adjustment Policy.
