TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ADDITIONS OR POOLS

I. If not on sewer, bring letter from Health Department on septic tank.

II. 1st time permitters need to bring business license and state license card if applicable.

III. General information about the addition to be built such as: the square footage of heated space, what the space will be used for and number of bathrooms, if any. If permitting a pool, address of said property, home owners' name and phone number.

IV. Permit fee: addition is based on heated square footage and a pool permit is $50.00 plus the electrical (which should be applied for by the electrician) is $25.00.

V. Refer to the Bartow County Zoning Ordinance for setback and location requirements.
