ONLINE UTILITY BILLING PAYMENT SYSTEM
Welcome
to the Bartow County Water Department Online Billing
Payment
  System.
All you need is your account number then enter your name
as it appears on your Bartow County Water Department
service utility bill. You can pay with a Visa Card or
MasterCard or a debit check card that has the Visa or
MasterCard logo on it.
There is an
Online Payment Convenience Fee of $1.00 per transaction
charged at the time of payment authorization. This
online payment service is available 24 hours/7 days per
week. You will have quick and secure access to pay your
service utility bill.
Please note, however, if you
pay your service utility bill online that this service
will be temporarily offline from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
EST. All payments submitted after
2:00 p.m. EST will be credited on the next
business day. Online payments received the day following
the due date after 2:00
p.m. EST are considered late and are subject
to a penalty.
If
your account is delinquent or if you have received a
shut-off notice (yellow tag) and are currently
disconnected, DO NOT pay online! Please
come into our office @ 50

Representative during regular business hours; Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT:
Bartow
County
is not liable if you received a shut-off notice and do
not call the Utility Billing Office before paying
online. Your services may be disconnected and will be
subject to the applicable $25.00/$40.00 Reconnection
Fee.
