to the official website of the Bartow County Water & Sewer
Department! This website has been developed in association with the
Bartow County Government to inform our customers, local community and
general public of the daily operational procedures, administrative
policies, organizational structure and projected endeavors of all
Bartow County governing branches and has been designed specifically to
become an instrumental tool in providing valuable and timely
information regarding this water and wastewater utility system
including our operational history; new service installation and utility
billing policies and procedures; residential, commercial and industrial
development specifications; technological advancements and
implementations; water and wastewater system infrastructure details and
analysis; proposed utility system improvement and expansion projects;
water quality requirements and current testing results; local water and
sewer service ordinances; water resource conservation guidelines;
growth management plans and strategies; and operating performance
awards and achievements. The establishment of this website also
represents our continued efforts in providing the highest possible
quality of customer, consumer and community services. For additional

Statement

 To provide
effective and cost efficient management, engineering and design,
construction, distribution and collection, maintenance and operation of
all facilities which produce drinking water, reclaimed waste water and
bio-solids of the highest quality possible and to be fiscally
responsible by producing quality utility bills, maintaining all our
accounts with courteous, respectful and responsive billing and receipt
of revenues and responsible disbursement of those revenues.
