Bartow County Water Department Customers can submit their Utility Service Payments with our Online Payment System. Please select the following "PAY BILL ONLINE" link to review the terms and conditions of this system and submit your Bartow County Water Department Utility Service Payment: Effective June 10, 2009, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) lifted the Statewide Watering Restriction and began implementing an Outdoor Water Use Schedule During Non-Drought Periods.  Please select the following "WATERING RESTRICTION" link or contact our office @ (770) 387-5170 for complete Outdoor Watering Restriction Rules and Regulations.

MISSION STATEMENT
“To provide effective and cost efficient management, engineering and design, construction, distribution and collection, maintenance and operation of all facilities which produce drinking water, reclaimed waste water and bio-solids of the highest quality possible and to be fiscally responsible by producing quality utility bills, maintaining all our accounts with courteous, respectful and responsive billing and receipt of revenues and responsible disbursement of those revenues.”
