BARTOW COUNTY WATER DEPARTMENT ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
Welcome to the Bartow County Water Department Online Payment System. Customers will need to enter their Account Number and Customer Name exactly as it appears on your Bartow County Water Department Utility Service Bill. Customers can submit their Utility Service Payment with a MasterCard®, Visa® or DiscoverCard® or a Debit Check Card that has a MasterCard®, Visa® or DiscoverCard® logo.

An Online Payment Convenience Fee of $1.00 per transaction will charged at the time of payment authorization. This Online Payment System is available 24 hours/7 days per week. Bartow County Water Department Customers will have prompt and secure access to pay their Utility Service Bill. Please note, however, if you pay your Utility Service Bill online that this Online Payment System will be temporarily offline from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST. All Utility Service Billing Payments submitted after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and credited on the next business day. Online Billing Payments received the day following their assigned Due Date after 2:00 p.m. EST are considered late and are subject to a Late Fee penalty.

If your account is delinquent or if you have received a Non-Payment Disconnection Notice (yellow door-hanger tag) or are currently disconnected, DO NOT pay with this Online Payment System! Please come into our main administrative office @ 50 Nelson Street; Cartersville, Georgia 30120 or contact a Bartow County Water Department Customer Service Representative @ (770) 387-5170 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

**IMPORTANT: Bartow County is not liable if you receive a Non-Payment Disconnection Notice and do not contact the Utility Billing Office before submitting a Utility Service Payment using this Online Payment System! Your Water and/or Sewer Service may be disconnected and will be subject to the applicable Reconnection Fee ($25.00 before 4:00 p.m./$40.00 after 4:00 p.m.)
